After talking about his time on Chanteurs Masqués and his banana disguise, our former host was this morning the guest of Ève-Marie Lortie. He presented to her, as well as to the Salut Bonjour audience, his new project: the book 3800 matins which looks back on his entire career, but also on more personal subjects. Although it officially comes out on October 2, Gino’s book is available for pre-order now. Gino Chouinard took a well-deserved break

After being the center of attention during the weeks leading up to his departure, and especially on his last day, Gino needed some peace and quiet. And what better way to do some introspection than to get out into nature?

On the Madeleine River, next to beautiful villages and extraordinary mountains, Gino took a moment of respite with his family in the Chic-Chocs wildlife reserve. This new territory recently opened by Sépaq was the ideal refuge for Gino and his family. The former host confides that he needed this peaceful moment to indulge in salmon fishing and enjoy his magnificent surroundings.
