Fortunately I wasn’t the only woman to experience what I experienced in a group of 8. I’ve been with some very dishonest people who put me through hell. Whether it was sexism or misogyny. They treated me in a truly abominable way. I don’t even have the words. (…) I don’t know how I managed to keep my mouth shut throughout this expedition, because I put myself in danger and I was in danger.
