When you have this conviction and it's vital, you put everything in place to get there. At eight years old, I know what I'm going to do and I put everything in place to… Afterwards, I wanted to do theater. I didn't fantasize about cinema.”she said, before being stopped by Léa Salamé who then asked her if this ambition was linked to her father. “So, I told this story a lot and then I just lost my father so this will make him even more happy.”

Djibril Glissant's companion continued her momentum by explaining how her father, a firefighter on duty at the Comédie Française, gave her the desire to do theater. “My father was a Paris firefighter at the time when there were firefighters on duty in theaters, particularly at the Comédie Française.. He was on call regularly and I think one evening my mother said : 'Take the kid'. I see both the show and behind the scenes: the changes of scenery, the actors who change extremely quickly… and I had an epiphany! And I say to myself: 'That's what I want to do'. But I didn't have any theater culture at all.”
