It's the last weekend before Christmas that the magic awakens. For some already on vacation, for others the Advent calendar is coming to an end, we wanted to do our part. This is why we are offering you a very beautiful show, full of emotion, this Saturday at 8:35 p.m. on France 3, we tell you everything!
The Château de Chenonceau is dressed in its most beautiful decorations for the holiday season. In this 16th century architectural marvel hides many Christmas traditions that we discover with the guests. Each in turn, they share a little bit of their stories, some life anecdotes and above all: the spirit of Christmas.

And if in this photo you recognize Julien Cohen (antique dealer), Claire Damon (pastry chef, Nicolas Viollet (confectioner in Amboise) or even Jean-François Boucher (floral scenographer of the Château de Chenonceau), you will understand that this show has something in store for you surprises.
Christstollen is this traditional German brioche made from citrus fruits and spices coated with its lange: icing sugar. Even if its recipe has evolved since the time of Catherine de Medici, the main ingredients remain the same. Like the castle, this tradition spans the ages and is found every year on our tables for the holidays.

Bruno Solo becomes both a commis chef alongside pastry chef Claire Damon and then a confectionery taster with Nicolas Viollet, an artisan confectioner in Amboise.
Enjoy a surprising and touching moment of music in the Château de Chenonceau, in the company of the songwriter Joseph Kamel who shares one of his flagship titles with André Manoukian.
He also gets his hands dirty, because the castle is renowned for its famous gardens which offer many varieties of plants. Floral scenographer Jean-François Boucher joins André Manoukian and Joseph Kamel to guide them in the creation of an Advent wreath: a DIY inspired by the 16th century.
Surrounded by an army of artisans, Nicoletta discovers the decoration of the great Gallery of Chenonceau inspired by the banquets of the time of Catherine de Medici. Many parties were organized there, famous today all over the world, which is also what makes this place so special.
