The actress Adèle Haenel testified for the first time at the microphone of France Inter, in the podcast “The 7:50 a.m. guest”this Monday, December 16, 2024, a few days after the end of the trial of director Christophe Ruggia whom she accuses of sexual assault between the ages of 12 and 14.
“His arrogance (…) makes me lose my temper”
The actress returned to the “Shut your mouth” which she said to the director during the hearing: “When he said 'it was I who gave him his name', it was too much aggression, it's not true, it's false, it's a lie and more violence, that makes me refers to when I was on his couch and he said to me “without me you are nothing. It’s his violence, it’s his arrogance, that’s what makes me freak out.”
“He made the child that I was disappear”
Adèle Haenel, who interrupted her cinema career, denounced “this pile of lies accumulated, by a man who sexually assaulted the child I was, who made him disappear, who actually murdered him, it's hard to hear that”explains the actress. “Actually, I was 12”
“I never had the chance to be that child”Adèle Haenel further testified during the same interview on public service radio. “We have adultized her all the time, this child, he has always been responsible. In this interview on France Inter, the actress made a point of pointing out the responsibility of adults in her affair: “All the adults nearby gave up saying, “But Adèle is extremely mature.
