This is the case of this gigantic building in which 20,000 people live without ever leaving, but also of this new skyscraper in New York more than 1,200 meters high. Until now, the tallest building in the world is none other than the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. However, it could soon be dethroned by another ambitious project.

A gigantic building
Called Mukaab, it is an enormous cube-shaped building measuring 400 meters on each side, which could house around twenty Empire State Buildings. Inside, we will find “a multitude of commercial, cultural and tourist attractions, as well as residential and hotel units, commercial spaces and leisure facilities”as specified by the Saudi Public Investment Fund relayed by Futura Sciences.

This building will be able to accommodate more than 400,000 people. The first phase of construction is expected to be completed by 2030 and this year, more than 8,000 accommodations will be created to accommodate 35,000 visitors. Mukaab will be built in the heart of New Murabba, a new city center located around 20 minutes by car from Riyadh airport. An architectural feat that makes you dizzy!
