If the brothers readily admit that the job of real estate agent has its ups and downs and that you have to have a strong heart, they also returned to season 5 which starts this evening: their parents were in 4 in Brazil , their brother Louis had settled in Barcelona and the youngest, Raphaël, had joined them in the business, while he had left to study law.
But it is a new character who will turn everything upside down: Alexandre. Martin explains that they are calling on a new salesman, someone from outside the family, and that it has not gone very well. In an extract from the first episode broadcast, we can see a shouting match on this subject. The father, Olivier, protests: “He knows nothing about real estate!”. Martin then replies: “We can discuss it”. But for the founder of the agency, “this is a fundamental change”. His son then prefers to leave the room, disappointed, declaring “always the same thing”.

On the set, the sons explain that, in fact, they want to develop the agency “much faster than the parents”. After these revelations, the Kretzs revealed that their biggest sale will be this season. Before, it amounted to 30 million euros but it has therefore been exceeded.
