Anthony Delon spoke on various subjects during an exchange with Figaro at Night. Alain Delon's son also gave about #MeToo and his
relation to women. “I have always lived surrounded by women and I find that they have more qualities than men.” then explains the actor.
However, he does not does not 100% support speech movements concerning cases of sexual violence and rape. “Pooh scares me.”
he explains in a restaurant as part of the interview.
His opinion on the #MeToo movement
Speaking of women, the journalist then asked him what he thought of speech movements as
#MeToo. “That makes me fear. There are men who have been indicted for acts of sexual violence, rape, etc., and where it is obviously justified, there has a few...” he stammers. “I'm afraid, because I have police friends, including one who told me stories.”
The policeman would then have warned
concerning this type of matter. “He told me to be very careful if I meet someone. I asked him why, and he starts telling me
stories of revenge, frustration, complaints filed without any basis and even more when you are a personality.“ he says.
Anthony Delon talks about his relationship with women
However, Anthony Delon did not mention specific cases of personalities accused or convicted of acts of sexual violence or rape against women. “As for the personalities, I don't know. Today everyone wants to be famous, so it's possible, I don't know.“ he blurted out when asked if certain potential victims “lied to trap men and personalities”.
Despite the evolution of certain morals, Anouchka Delon's brother does not want to change his relation to women. “I am me, I am what I am, I have a lot of respect for women. The other day I was with a very well-bred friend, he is gallant. He told me that he stopped to open the door for a young woman and
she made a comment to him about this gesture.
I haven't changed, I'm just a little more wary.“ he finally concluded. Shocking remarks that risk getting people talking!
