Tomorrow Belongs to Us: Filming disrupted, organization reviewed… Ingrid Chauvin concerned

It’s been seven years since Ingrid Chauvin joined the cast of Tomorrow belongs to us. The 50-year-old actress plays Chloé Delcourt in the soap opera, first a biology teacher then a jewelry designer before becoming the director of the Agnès Varda high school in Sète, until the school exploded. She is also the mother of three children: Maxime (Clément Rémiens), Judith (Alice Varela) and Céleste (played by different actresses over the seasons). Finally, she is married to Alex Bertrand, played by Alexandre Brasseur. With her little family, the young woman has seen it all on screen. But this time, it is not Chloé Delcourt who is at the heart of the plot but rather her interpreter!

It was in a story on Instagram on Wednesday July 3, 2024 that Ingrid Chauvin spoke.Filming is complicated for me today. I woke up speechless“, she declares. A very difficult situation to manage both for the actress and for the other actors of Tomorrow Belongs to Us, to whom she gives the reply: “Special thoughts for my partners today. It’s destabilizing for them and frustrating and exhausting for me..“A moment far from being fun for the mother of young Tom, born from her love affair with her ex-partner Thierry Peythieu. In fact, she must nevertheless”shoot all scenes in this state“…

Tomorrow Belongs to Us: Ingrid Chauvin Deprived of Voice During Filming

Without a voice in the middle of filming, Ingrid Chauvin has no choice but to whisper. She then records each of her scenes by speaking quietly. But not enough to disturb the viewers during the broadcast of the episodes of Tomorrow Belongs to Us! Indeed, on TV, we will see nothing but fire. The one who is now living the perfect love affair with the photographer Philippe Warrin plans to “redo all the scenes in the studio“when her voice returns. A job she describes as “not easy” but which she intends to honour as soon as possible. Faced with this far from comfortable situation, there is no doubt that Ingrid Chauvin can count on the understanding and even the support of her dear comrades of Tomorrow belongs to us.
