Indicted for attempted extortion by an organized gang and criminal association in a case investigated in , the influencer was placed in pre-trial detention in July before being released on October 31 and placed under judicial supervision. “She said: indeed, I accepted, I was offered to appoint this guy to go and solve my problem, I accepted, I obviously knew that it would be a bit of pressure […] But that’s not at all what I asked,” added Me Kalfon.

Extortion of 200,000 euros

“If we criticize influencers a lot, we must not forget that, like football players, they are the object of a lot of desire. Many people gravitate around them and claim to have solutions to all their problems in order to curry favor with them in the hope of obtaining money,” argued the lawyer. The young woman, aged 24, is pregnant with her third child.

The case was triggered by the complaint, on February 23, 2024, of a couple who “were the subject of various surveillance (physical, installation of mini-cameras near their home and GPS beacon placed on their vehicle) and was physically threatened on condition of handing over a sum of 200,000 euros,” the Rouen public prosecutor explained last July.
