Known for her influence and popularity, the young woman saw her life turned upside down last July when she was arrested by the police.
Poupette Kenza confesses everything
Kenza Benchrif, her real name, is accused of having hired a henchman to extort money from a former friend and agent.
The mother would have wanted to recover a significant sum of money, and she would not have hesitated to use illegal methods to achieve this.
After her arrest, Poupette was placed in police custody and then incarcerated in Rouen prison. However, after several weeks behind bars, she was finally released.
According to the Parisian, she would also have admitted the facts, during a new interrogation which took place on October 18.
“It was me who wrote these messages, not Allan“, she would have declared, thus admitting to having openly lied.
According to her, her husband asked her to blame him in the event of a problem, saying:sacrifice“. A gesture that is all the more meaningful given that she was six months pregnant at the time of her incarceration.

As a reminder, the investigation revealed damning elements: no less than 141 messages exchanged with the henchman hired to blackmail her former friend were extracted from Poupette's phone.
The influencer would also have clarified that “the money recovery mission was to result in a simple “pressure strike”, without any violence“. “I always said that you shouldn't abuse them“, she would have assured the judge. “The idea was to impress them“.
Unfortunately, Poupette Kenza's instructions were not followed to the letter. The henchman, nicknamed Hulk, decided to go well beyond what was asked of him, by inventing a completely crazy story.

However, the messages exchanged with the individual seem to prove that Kenza is much more involved than she is willing to admit.
His lawyer, Me Jérémy Kalfon, is categorical: “Ms. Benchrif neither piloted nor validated the operation as it was carried out. If she acknowledges having accepted the offer of service made to her, there was never any question of criminally reprehensible acts being committed. At the time of the events, she was isolated on a personal level, and in deep unease, which undoubtedly caused her to lose all lucidity. The goal was to show that Madame Benchrif had contacts, and that she would not give up the matter. The man always had the same word on his mouth: We must haunt them“.
