Surprise ! Marcel Desailly is the father of a 10-year-old girl named Victoria. Indeed, the former footballer had to undergo a paternity test. Paternity test which gives him more than 99% like his father. This follows a dispute between him and his ex-partner, a woman of Brazilian origin. Earlier, a famous Miss France had made shocking revelations about her. More recently, it was the child's mother who charged him, while a hearing is scheduled for December 10. In the meantime, we have learned from our colleagues at France Info thatanother 33 year old child was also recognized!

In the past, Marcel Desailly had refused to submit to DNA tests. However, the Toulon court established in 2014 that he was the father ofa young woman, aged 23 at the time. A young woman who can now bear her name, although she did not ask for money. The fact that Didier Deschamps' ex-teammate refused to take the test was a “confession of paternity” in short, according to the court. This recognition was a deliverance for the young woman, who lived 23 years of her life with this doubt. Aïda Mendy, 33, can therefore fully enjoy her surname from now on.

“Marcel Desailly denies being the father and it is not because he did not submit to these tests that he is the father,his lawyer revealed earlier in 2012, cited by our colleagues at France Info. Furthermore, there is no proof of an intimate relationship between him and Ms. Mendy, no photo, no correspondence, no gift”. Aïda, for her part, put an end to “23 years of suffering” following the court decision, according to his lawyer. “I am delighted. It is the triumph of law over hypocrisy, said the latter, always quoted by our colleagues. He escaped genetics, he did not manage to escape his judges”.

The lawyer thus denounced the cowardice of Marcel Desailly, who refused to submit to paternity tests at the time. He felt that it was impossible for Aïda at the time to turn the page, unlike him. “Because if this man wants to erase her from his life, she cannot do the same: he is a media personality, she sees him regularly on television”he estimated. However, the recognition of the child will not overcome these years of harm. That being said, it remains a symbolic victory. Remember that these children are not the only ones he is the father of. He would also have other children, notably in West Africa, probably in Ghana, his native country.
