Brice Gilletphotographer, is the founder of Camviews to Louannec.

It offers to capture memories, moments, in several different ways.

From portraits alone or as a couple, as a family or of their pet, Brice Gillet is open to all possibilities:

“Depending on what is asked of me, if I am capable of it, I do it. »

Thus, he will work on a wedding in 2025, a first for him.

Animal content

His specialty is animal portraits.

Surrounded by his dogs, cats, parrots, chickens and fish, he has plenty to train on.

As much for families and their faithful companions, he indulges in exercise during events:

“I made a partnership with the SPA, for whom I took photos during events. Part of the profits was donated to the Côtes-d’Armor SPA. »

Dogs, cats, birds, horseseverything goes behind the lens.

But his “ultimate project” is the animal documentary.

To practice, he can count on his contacts at Lands of Nataéin Pont-Scorff:

“I know someone there who is a fan of parrots, like me. I went to take photos, to practice. »

Beyond photography, Brice Gillet would also like to learn video, right down to editing:

“I’m going to start by making videos for the zoo to showcase the park. »

Versatility

Self-taught, the Louannecain practices photography for three yearsas an amateur.

Before setting out on his own as a professional photographer, he worked in the restaurant business.

But it was through his father’s work, in a communications agency, that he began to learn how to tame objectives.

Today, its expertise also extends to professionalswith the capture of products and companies, or even to school photos.

At the Perros-Guirec center school, he is responsible for the famous class photos.

Capture his eyes

A last service, rather unusual, although it has become widespread in France, is the photo of iris.

Brice Gillet has equipped himself to successfully photograph the eyes, and bring out the pupil and its colors, such as we have never seen them, even in the mirror:

“I came across it on social media, and wanted to try it. For this, I obtained a special macro lens. I place it on a rail that I bring closer to the nearest millimeter, it’s very precise. And I add a lamp to see the details. »

Ten minutes is enough to take the photo, and fifteen for an animal:

“It depends on whether he moves a lot or not. I can also capture them in a video. »

After a stint in editing, where Brice adds effects on demand (drop of water, flame, infinity), it prints them on photo paper, up to 180 cm, or on dibond aluminum, up to 150 cm.

“It can be easily exposed. It’s nice to see the different details in each eye. »
