Being an influencer means enjoying growing notoriety and the adulation of millions of subscribers. Life then seems to be a series of lucrative partnerships and moments shared with a loyal community.

However, behind the glitter and the seemingly perfect life, hides a much less glamorous reality: that of the critics.

Influencers, true stars of social networks, do not escape the merciless eye of the public. With every mistake, with every misstep, harsh comments rain down.

Haters, anonymous or not, do not hesitate to attack their physical appearance, their lifestyle, or even their opinions.

The rapper Booba was also one of the first to launch a real war against those he nicknamed “influvoleurs”.

Florence Foresti tackles influencers

Recently, it was Florence Foresti who took a stand against this phenomenon. On Wednesday November 6, 2024, the 51-year-old comedian took to her own social networks to denounce an unbearable practice.

Visibly annoyed by the sound of nails hitting products during unboxing videos, the queen of humor chose to parody these videos to promote the DVD of her show Boys Boys Boys. A publication which sparked strong reactions.

“Ah, but thank you, I can’t see these girls anymore”, “But why all the influencers do that with their nails, I don’t understand”, “It’s so unbearable”, “We are very close to reality , thank you for your humor, I can't stand watching this jug mania go by anymore”, “My God, she's strong”commented several Internet users.

“We’re going straight into the wall”

If Florence Foresti hit the mark on Instagram, she is obviously not the only one to have attacked influencers.

The actor Maxime Gasteuil also attacked network stars. Two years ago, he had also violently tackled Ruby Nikara who was promoting her bath water, which she had put on sale on her online store.

“It’s going to be a long 2022,” he declared before making a video in which he parodied the words of Ruby Nikara, by selling water from her “m*rde“.

I spend a lot of time in the toilet, I do some introspection with myself, I do myself good in the toilet, so I said to myself: 'Sell your shit water, so it's available on my site“, he said before adding: “We're going straight into the wall“. A clear opinion!
