On November 4, Prince William traveled to South Africa for the annual Earthshot Prize Awards event. He created this award to highlight the fight to protect animals and the environment. During four days spent in Cape Town, the son of Charles III went to meet people. They open up every day to preserve the planet in their own way.

On the sidelines of his visit to South Africa this Thursday, November 7, Prince William spoke to journalists. He spoke openly about the trials that marked his life. According to the BBC, he assured that he had “probably lived the most difficult year” of his life. Indeed, Charles III and Princess Kate Middleton announced at the beginning of the year that they were both suffering from cancer.
