At 35, Ayem Nour decided to publish his first autobiography called “All those that I am”. In this work which comes out this Monday, November 4, 2024, looks back on her career, she who became known thanks to her appearance on the show “Secret Story” in 2011. Becoming an actress then a presenter subsequently, the young woman presented the famous “Mad Mag” on NRJ 12, at the time when she was pregnant with her son Ayvin. A period marked by remarks about her weight gain, which she recounts with sadness in her book.
Ayem Nour releases her first book
In 2011, Ayem Nour arrived in the “Secret Story” house to burst onto the screen. A successful bet since upon her arrival, the pretty brunette from Lyon made her mark with her phrase that has become cult: “Ayem enchanted”. Subsequently, the young woman became an actress in the series “Hollywoods Girls”then host of the presentation of “Mad Mag” on NRJ 12.
We note that she was also in a relationship with the French billionaire Vincent Miclet, who is none other than the father of her son Ayvin. Their breakup and the battle for custody of this little boy recently made the headlines and caused Ayem Nour a lot of worry. Recovering from this tumult, the pretty brunette decided to put her memories down on paper. At 35, she released her first biography entitled “All those that I am” where she looks back on her extraordinary journey.
“At first, I did this for myself, to take a weight off my shoulders. Then, little by little, I got into a fight. A fight so that no woman feels alone since there are so many of us” explained the mother about the release of her work.
Pregnancy, weight gain and teasing
In her book which comes out this Monday, November 4, 2024, Ayem Nour looks back on her weight gain, linked to her pregnancy in 2016. Pregnant with her son Ayvin, the former reality TV candidate was at the time a host on NRJ 12. She presents the show “The Mad Mag” alongside Matthieu Delormeau, took maternity leave in May 2016 before returning in October of the same year.
Highly criticized by Internet users at the time, Ayem Nour also had to face derogatory remarks from her colleagues.
“One last look at my reflection before joining the set (…). I see myself again pregnant, fat, deformed, deformed ; I see myself fighting to regain a semblance of dignity; I see all the women I have been. Those that I will still be and those that I will never accept to be again” she writes in her book.
