Alain Delon's son alerted his fans to the scam via a post on Instagram on October 27. The family had already been targeted by other scams in the past.
“I speak up”to signal “a serious problem”said Anthony Delon to introduce an Instagram post last Sunday. The problem in question: an individual created a Facebook account in his name in September 2023 and has since been offering tours of the Delon family residence, in Douchy, for a tidy sum. “They asked for 500 euros for a guided tour of my house“, he explains. The criminal then sent his victims to Telegram messaging to end up extracting money from them.
If Anthony Delon announced the filing of a complaint in his publication, to date neither the Douchy gendarmerie nor the Montargis public prosecutor have received this complaint, according to our information. “There are often gaps between official announcements from celebrities and the actual acts of filing a complaint”testifies a judicial source. However, Anthony Delon also calls on his fans to report to the courts if they have been victims of the scammer. “I’m sorry to anyone who might have been caught, or who followed this page”added the actor.

Last summer, another scam targeted fans of the Delon family by using, thanks to artificial intelligence, the image of Alain Delon. The process was simple: make people believe that Alain Delon had planned a post-mortem video for his fans. “If you see this video, it means that I am already dead (…) I have decided to redistribute part of my money to all French people (…) I will give you 100,000 euros if you cannot win in my online casino »we could hear in this video. Except that these sentences were not pronounced by the Samurai, who died on August 18, but by the voice of an AI.
