In full promotion of her latest film “L'Amour Ouf” directed by Gilles Lellouche, Adèle Exarchopoulos gave an interview to YouTuber Loris Giuliano in her Service Station. The opportunity for the 30-year-old actress to discuss, not without a certain embarrassment, her romantic relationship with François Civil.
A relationship without love at first sight but full of tenderness
Adèle Exarchopoulos and François Civil did not fall in love at first sight but seem to be living a beautiful love story. Asked if she saw herself living a life with him, the actress replied bluntly: “Yeah. Yes I wish it anyway“. She added tenderly: “Yeah, I admit that I have a bit of that naivety, I love it. I hope, I think if he's your best friend at the same time, I hope we can grow old together“.
Words which echo a recent interview in Paris Match where she confided: “A few months ago, I might not have had the answer, but today, I am really sure of myself: it is healthy love. The one where there is friendship, where we pass the tests while always trying to have self-deprecation and complicity“.
Soon desires of fatherhood for François Civil?
If Adèle Exarchopoulos, already the mother of little Ismaël born in 2017, seems ready to build in the long term with François Civil, the latter had recently confided that he wanted to become a father, even if he was not yet completely ready.
“If tomorrow you find out that you are going to be a dad, what will be your first reaction?” Mouloud Achour asked him in Clique. “I have the impression that it has to happen to know, but right now, I would say crazy with joy. But I think the next moment I might have a sort of… 'Ah! Oh !' A little panic” replied the 34-year-old actor.
This formalization, even if it is still timid, therefore confirms what many already anticipated. It remains to be seen whether the couple will decide to live their love out in the open in the months to come or whether they will prefer to cultivate the discretion that has been theirs since the beginning of this romance.
