Very discreet about his private life, the American actor appeared on September 24 in Los Angeles surrounded by his daughter Lucia and his son Lars, at the presentation of his film Monster Summer. The youngest of a family of 9 children.

While Mel Gibson always wanted to keep his children away from the spotlight, he appeared on Tuesday, September 24, in Los Angeles, surrounded by his daughter Lucia, 14, and his son Lars, 7, for the presentation of his film Monster Summer by David Henri. Two children that the 68-year-old Oscar-winning actor had respectively with Oksana Grigorieva and Rosalind Ross. The latter, a rider and screenwriter, has been his partner for ten years. The two children are Mel Gibson’s 8th and 9th children. Indeed, he is also the father of Hannah, 43, Christian and Edward, 42, William, 38, Louie, 35, Milo, 33 and Thomas, 25, whom he had with Robyn Moore.

The continuation of the Passion of Christ in preparation

Known for his escapades (the ultraconservative actor has been accused of homophobia, anti-Semitism and is fighting against alcohol), Mel Gibson has never abandoned cinema. If he is currently showing in Monster Summer by David Henri in the United States, he is also expected at the cinema in Boneyard by Asif Akbar and in season 1 of Barbary Coast with Kate Hudson and Kurt Russell. The actor of Lethal Weapon will unveil his new film as director this fall, High risk flightworn by Mark Wahlberg, and he plans to launch the sequel to The Passion of Christhis controversial film released in 2004. This new chapter will focus on the resurrection of Jesus (again played by Jim Caviezel) and filming is expected to begin in early 2025.
