Finimmoweb is the website for real estate sales by the federal authorities. While it includes properties that the State wishes to sell in Belgium and abroad, which have housed federal services or offices such as a gendarmerie for example, there are also properties seized by the courts.
Two houses in the Kapellen region, on the outskirts of Antwerp, are thus offered on the site at €680,000 each.
These homes were in fact seized as part of judicial investigations linked to drug trafficking, and it is therefore the FPS Finances which is putting them up for sale.

The former owners were members of the Turkish mafia. Some died in disturbing circumstances, including during a score-settling in Istanbul, while others are in prison.
Unoccupied for some time, the houses have been visited by Urbex fans, who have photographed and filmed themselves in these empty dwellings, where the decoration left in place allows us to see the luxury and excess in which the occupants lived at the time…
So, the first house is located on a closed plot of more than one hectare, behind a high metal gate. It has a professional kitchen and many bedrooms and bathrooms.
The second house has an outdoor kitchen, a large terrace, a swimming pool. Inside, several bedrooms with bathrooms, dining room and living rooms with golden chandeliers, marble tiles… but also a fitness room and a wellness area with sauna, hammam and massage room.
