The houses on First Avenue will be demolished

The houses, located at 11225 and 11235 of the first avenue in Saint-Georges, will finally be demolished in the more or less near future.

The Gestion Tri company, which owns the two residences, is awaiting final authorizations from the City of Saint-Georges to proceed with the dismantling.

«Contrary to the information circulating, the land will not be used for parking but for a construction project that we will eventually announce.», indicated Solange Talbot, spokesperson at Gestion Tri, during a telephone interview with EnBeauce.com.

Please note that the houses are located near the building site. The Saint-Georgeswhich the real estate developer is currently building on 1st Avenue, at the intersection of 113th Street. The building, whose delivery is scheduled for fall 2025, will have nine floors, will accommodate 60 housing units, and will house a commercial level. This is an investment of $23 million.

Let us also remember that in the same sector, Gestion Tri is completing a two-story building, at the intersection of First Avenue and Promenade Redmond, which will house the insurance broker Promutuel.
