The famous “architectural madness of the 19the century” has been the subject since the beginning of December 2024 of a fundraising orchestrated by Tudigo, a Bordeaux platform intended for investments not listed on the stock exchange. Dartagnans thus hoped to collect a new round of shareholders and cash – up to 500,000 euros – to finance the creation of nine “junior suites”, guest rooms in an outbuilding of the castle. In return, a potential return of 5% per year in the form of dividends “by 2030” was mentioned. Weary! Alerted by investors, the Tudigo platform discreetly “took offline” the campaign on the eve of New Year's Day.
No official announcement
“We did not have all the cards in hand nor the legal follow-up,” confirms Alexandre Laing, one of the co-founders of Tudigo contacted by CL. Among the shareholders of La Mothe-Chandeniers are a subsidiary of Dartagnans placed in compulsory liquidation in 2024 and the Dartagnans endowment fund suspended by the prefecture of Paris and Île-de-France. “If the leader hides something from us, we know that later,” defends Alexandre Laing, referring to a sworn certificate to justify the veracity of the information transmitted by Dartagnans.

As for the “tourist operator” solely managed by Romain Delaume since the “burn-out” of his partner Bastien Goullard, no official announcement has since been made regarding this aborted campaign. Radio silence from Romain Delaume even during the general meetings organized on January 8 for the shareholders of… La Mothe-Chandeniers. It is true that Dartagans made up for lost time – and its legal obligations – by presenting the accounts for the years 2022 and 2023.
