Renoir is about to reveal himself

The new year has barely started, but we already see a few new tables on the horizon. In Montreal, it is the grand reopening of the Renoir restaurant at the Sofitel Montréal Le Carré Doré hotel which, after several months of renovation in the greatest secrecy, unveils its new brand image and its completely redesigned space. Chef Olivier Perret still remains at the helm of Renoir, having built his reputation over the last 11 years around fine, modern cuisine, combining French tradition and local products. In pastry, it is the young and talented chef Paul Peyrat who leads the boat. This breath of fresh air also accompanies the inauguration of the NINI cocktail lounge – a nod to the muse of the painter Pierre Auguste Renoir Nini Lopez -, celebrating both elegance and French art.

A food and beer pairing like no other!
