Flsmidth & Co A/S is a Danish supplier of equipment and services to the cement and mineral industries. The company provides products ranging from simple machines to complete cement plants and mineral processing solutions, including services before, during and after construction. The Company’s operations are divided into four segments: Customer Services, Product Businesses, Minerals and Cement. The cement sector encompasses cement plant projects, customized cement plant equipment, and operation and maintenance of cement plants. The minerals segment includes mining projects and mineral processing and handling equipment. The Customer Services segment caters to the installed base provided primarily by the Cement and Minerals segments, and the Product Companies segment offers standardized products sold directly to end customers, peers and FLSmidth projects for cement and minerals. The Product Companies segment provides spare parts and other after-sales services to its own installed base.
