The Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA), in partnership with the African Institute of Governance (IAG), the African Association of Banking Lawyers and Financial Establishments (AJBEF) and the support of the OHADA National Commission of Guinea, organizes in Conakry (Guinea) from 17 to February 20, 2025, two (02) bimodal training sessions.

Theme: “Legal secretariat of limited companies: how to effectively prepare and hold general meetings and boards of directors”.

Online registration (required)

• Final registration through payment made no later than Monday February 3, 2025 entitles you to a 10% reduction on training costs. NB: Completing the online registration form constitutes provisional registration. Payment of training fees constitutes definitive registration. The reduction is not applicable to the training morning.
• Listeners by videoconference will receive the connection and participation code after sending the payment slip to [email protected] / [email protected] or after validation of their online payment;
• In-person listeners will receive a notification of validation of their payment and will be invited to join the training location.
