Cooperation agreement between CSEFRS and the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform

A cooperation agreement was signed on Tuesday in Rabat between the Higher Council for Education, Training and Scientific Research (CSEFRS) and the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform, aiming to strengthen their bilateral cooperation in various areas of common interest.

Signed by the President of CSEFRS, Habib El Malki, and the Minister Delegate in charge of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, Amal El Fallah Seghrouchni, on the occasion of the 6th session of the second mandate of the Council, this agreement intends to define the areas, conditions and modalities of cooperation between the two parties, in full respect of the skills and missions of each of them.

The partnership between the two parties covers the organization of meetings, workshops and joint programs, study days, forums and scientific symposia, as well as reciprocal technical support and the adoption of joint training programs. continues for the benefit of their executives, in addition to the exchange of information, studies and research.

In a statement to the press, Ms. El Fallah Seghrouchni stressed that this agreement is part of the promotion of digitalization, especially since the “new school” will rely on artificial intelligence programs.

The combined efforts between the ministry and the CSEFRS aim to strengthen their bilateral cooperation through the exchange of expertise, in particular through greater use of digitalization in teaching and skills training through workshops, in addition to the organization of meetings and the exchange of experiences on issues related to teaching, scientific research and digitalization, she continued.

In addition to the signing of this cooperation agreement, the agenda of the 6th session of the CSEFRS includes the presentation by the Minister of National Education, Preschool and Sports of a report on the latest developments and issues education system, in addition to a presentation on the progress of the Council's action plan for 2024 and the projects planned for next year.
