The National Agency for Land Conservation, Cadastre and Cartography (ANCFCC) presented exceptional results during its board of directors, chaired by Ahmed El Bouari, Minister of Agriculture and with the participation of Abdelft Loudyi , minister delegate in charge of national defense and the teams of Karim Tajmouati, president of the agency. The results for the 2024 financial year revealed remarkable performances, illustrating the agency's commitment to the modernization of the land sector in Morocco, indicate Barlamane.com's sources.
Among the main achievements of the year, we note the issuance of 373,000 new land titles nationally, as well as the registration of 1.1 million hectares of land. The agency also issued 2 million digital property certificates, thus contributing to the digitalization of the sector. In financial terms, the ANCFCC recorded a turnover of 9.2 billion dirhams and paid 6 billion dirhams to the general state budget.
The cumulative performances of recent years are also impressive. The agency has created 3.5 million land titles, representing 43% of the country's land titles. In addition, it covered 214 rural municipalities for free registration, with 1.24 million new land titles generated, specify the same sources. The registration of 11.6 million hectares, or 62% of the total area registered in Morocco, and that of 3.8 million hectares of forest estates, bringing the total to 6.6 million hectares, testify considerable efforts made for more efficient land management.
The ANCFCC also registered four million hectares of collective property and integrated advanced technologies such as GNSS stations, drones and Mohammed VI A and B satellite images, to improve mapping processes. The digitization of the agency's archives and the development of databases intended for citizens and institutional partners have reinforced the transparency and efficiency of the services offered.
In terms of financial contribution, the ANCFCC played a key role in financing the State with a total contribution of 40 billion dirhams, of which 29.7 billion were paid directly to the general budget. The president of the council praised the efforts of the ANCFCC teams, highlighting their essential role in achieving these results.
