Since December, the warm and colorful local on rue Jean-Talon Est, near De Lorimier, has of course been offering paellas to take away or to enjoy on site. You choose the protein (chicken, seafood or tofu) and add two varieties of vegetables of your choice. Everything is prepared to order in 10 minutes and served hot in the paellera. Don't forget to scrape the soccarat at the bottom, this layer of caramelized rice containing all the flavors.
In addition to paellas, the menu made up of family recipes from the Raposo family gives pride of place to croquetas, saltenas and empanadas, white fish ceviche and two salmon tartare. For a sweet finish, there are the essential churros, accompanied by dulce de leche and Nutella, and alfajore biscuits. Some exotic juices help you refresh yourself.

After the meal, you can leave with sachets of paella mix sold on site or even with the complete kit including the paellera to cook it at home. An interesting idea a few days before Christmas.
