Organized in partnership with HEC , this training offered participants the opportunity to learn and discuss three major strategic themes: sustainability, leadership and finance.

The pharmaceutical distribution sector in Africa is going through a period of profound transformations driven by new technologies, increased competition from digital players and growing demands for international standards. In this context, UbiPharm is positioning itself to continue to strengthen its leadership and continue to innovate, while strengthening the skills of its senior executives to respond to the challenges of the sector.

This seminar, designed in collaboration with HEC Paris, is part of this dynamic. The six modules, led by international experts and professors from HEC Paris, provided UbiPharm managers with tools and perspectives to strengthen their leadership, respond to environmental, social and governance challenges, and refine their financial approach in a constantly evolving global context.
