Veezen, a startup founded in 2022, is dedicated to improving the well-being of corporate employees through personalized and innovative solutions. Combining AI and virtual reality, the young company offers companies concrete tools to support the mental and emotional health of their teams.
Created within the UM6P Stargate incubator, Veezen quickly gained recognition, notably winning the “Women in Gen AI” prize awarded by Microsoft and EY in 2024.
Veezen’s offering is characterized by a holistic approach to well-being at work. Concretely, the startup offers conferences and workshops led by expert professionals from the health ecosystem (doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, etc.), as well as personalized support to detect the warning signs of stress or burn-out, and implement appropriate preventive measures. This approach goes beyond the simple quest for “happiness in escape”, by offering concrete solutions anchored in professional reality.
“Our approach is to make mental health accessible and a priority, not only for HR managers and managers, but for each employee within the organization,” underlines Asma Alaoui, founder of Veezen, with conviction.
The startup also integrates AI into its value chain to optimize well-being and productivity in business. With real-time mood detection and continuous feedback, businesses can stay in tune with the emotional and mental state of their teams, enabling immediate adjustments and supporting a caring and responsive work environment. Additionally, personalized wellness plans are developed for each employee, encompassing physical, emotional and mental health strategies, providing comprehensive support to drive long-term growth.
This holistic approach from Veezen has attracted several multinationals operating in sectors sensitive to the mental health of their employees, such as energy, agro-industry and services.
As part of its development strategy, the company aims to accelerate its international growth, particularly in the MENA region, where the maturity of the markets offers significant opportunities.
“We also want to strengthen our partnerships with mental health experts and extend our reach to a greater number of companies, thus helping to create healthier and more productive work environments,” asserts Asma Alaoui in a confident tone.
