The November 2022 launch of ChatGPT has been presented as a revolution at least as fundamental as the internet, both for individuals and businesses. The enthusiasm for these new software techniques has been accompanied by great promises in the world of work: professions disrupted, even replaced, considerable productivity gains or even profound organizational changes.
Twenty-four months later, it is clear that the shift to generative AI has not yet been initiated by a large proportion of companies.
