Russian woman who infiltrated plane to sent back to the United States

According to information from Match, the Russian national who had traveled clandestinely to Paris from New York in the middle of the week should return to New York on Saturday November 30, where she will be questioned by the authorities.

Tuesday evening, November 26, a woman in her fifties managed to evade the attention of staff at New York's JFK airport and infiltrate a plane bound for Paris without presenting her passport and without boarding pass or ticket. On board this Delta-operated flight, the Russian national hid in the toilet, but was unmasked by a stewardess just minutes before landing.

On Wednesday midday, the Boeing 767-400ER remained parked for a few additional minutes on the Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle tarmac, while French customs officers recovered the “additional passenger” of Delta flight 264. According to information from Paris Match , she was in possession of a Russian passport and a permanent resident card in the United States (Green card), but was not authorized to travel to European territory.

Polonium poisoning?

Still according to our information, the “illegal” passenger was subjected to a medical examination and, despite her inconsistent comments, was declared fit to return to the United States. She is expected to fly again tomorrow, Saturday November 30, on a flight chartered by Delta. To the French authorities, the fifty-year-old explained that she wanted to go to England, but that she feared being poisoned with Polonium, a radioactive substance used on several occasions to kill Russian nationals abroad. A speech which was deemed “not very coherent” by the officers.
