UA quarter of employees have already been awarded a bonus in 2024, reports the social secretariat Acerta on Thursday. The proportion remains stable from year to year, but for 2024, the increase in the average amount of the premium is greater than the index, i.e. 5.5%. Last year, the average budget was 6,000 euros gross, this year it increased to 6,327 euros.
As for workers, around one in ten were able to count on a bonus, with an average amount of 1,138 euros, according to Acerta’s analysis. However, it is a little less than last year (1,250 euros).
Based on its analysis based on the salary data of 574,000 workers distributed in more than 44,000 private companies, Acerta can argue that the most distributed bonus (13.8% of employees) remains the non-recurring CCT 90. Linked to the results, it applies to the entire company or to a particular division, depending on whether predetermined objectives have been achieved or not. The other collective bonus, the beneficiary bonus, is less popular and has only been granted to just under 2% of employees.
As for individual bonuses, the warrant is the most common. A little more than 7% of employees received it in 2024, for an average amount of 12,652 euros gross. The second type of individual bonus, the gross bonus, only concerned, over the first ten months of the year, 5.1% of employees, with an average amount of 5,381 euros gross.
