The dreams and ambitions of its residents are the very essence of New York, day or night. Fortunately, the city that never sleeps is full of places to stay, while also offering great dining, wellness and entertainment options. While these exhilarating experiences and top-notch hospitality often come with sky-high prices that discourage travelers, NYC Hotel Week is back. For more than a month, this event will allow you to discover the city without straining your budget too much.
Top start for discounted reservations
New York City Tourism + Conventions has announced the opening of reservations for NYC Hotel Week, offering 25% off standard room rates at participating hotels. The event, which will take place from January 2 to February 9, has more than 120 partner establishments. To discover the full list, go to the official website and use the filters by district or neighborhood to find the best options from more than 30 sectors of the city.
“For the fourth year in a row, our NYC Hotel Week program is offering some of the best rates of the year to travelers and city residents,” said Nancy Mammana, marketing director of New York City Tourism + Conventions. “As occupancy rates continue to soar, New York City’s hotel industry is more vibrant than ever, and NYC Hotel Week offers visitors a wide range of ways to experience it, from luxury stays to to boutique experiences, at an incredible price this winter.”
Establishments for all tastes
Partner hotels include modern establishments such as the William Vale in Brooklyn and the Rockaway Hotel in Queens. Don’t forget to add a moment of relaxation to your stay in their Scandinavian-style outdoor spas. For those coming from other neighborhoods or other cities, Midtown is an ideal option. This central area will allow you to feel the energy of the city while catching a nearby Broadway show. Please note, Midtown brings together 13 participating establishments, such as the Arlo Midtown in Hell’s Kitchen or the Conrad New York in Midtown West.
NYC Tourism’s Final Winter Program
NYC Hotel Week is part of the NYC Winter Outing initiative, which combines deals on dining, entertainment and attractions. A particularly welcome initiative for the French, faced with American inflation and the stagnation of wages in France, as highlighted Le Figaro.
Here are the other events in the program:
- NYC Restaurant Week: Prix Fixe Menus at participating restaurants;
- NYC Broadway Week: Two-for-one tickets to participating Broadway shows;
- NYC Must-See Week: Two tickets for the price of one to participating museums, attractions and tours.
Reservations for these offers will begin on January 7. The promotions will take effect on January 21 and last until February 9.
