Founded by former Aircall employees, Siit raises 5 million euros to make life easier for employees

Founded by three former employees of the unicorn Aircall, Anthony Tobelaim, Chalom Malka and Dimitri Cabete Jorge, the French startup Siit intends to follow the same trajectory with its eponymous solution powered by AI to meet the needs of IT, HR and internal operations. It even intends more generally to transform the way in which companies manage the requests of their employees.

Quality support from the start

To bring this ambitious project to fruition, the founders benefited, from January 2022, from the support of their former employers, the founders of Aircall. Convinced of Siit's potential, they then injected 1.2 million euros into the startup's pre-seed. “Other Business Angels, from scale ups, had also put in the effort,” explains Anthony Tobelaim, Co-founder & CPO of Siit, before continuing: “this initiative then allowed us to develop a first part of our support product employee, to respond to a problem of lack of fluidity in internal processes that we ourselves encountered at the time at Aircall. Siit was born from the desire to simplify the management of employee requests. The company provides internal support. new generation to employees. allows them to report any type of problem, whether it is a forgotten password, a broken computer or an anomaly on their pay slip. In just a few clicks, they can submit their request directly on. their usual communication tools, such as Slack or Microsoft Teams into which the Siit application is integrated. Siit's artificial intelligence – which differentiates it from its competitors – is then responsible for finding an autonomous solution or routing the request. to the competent teams.”

Two strategic funds enter the capital

Building on rapid growth, materialized by the signing of around a hundred prestigious clients, including French fintech leaders such as Qonto and Swile, as well as key players in the American market such as Ramp, Gorgias, Classdojo and Unit, Siit recently completed a seed round of 5 million euros. This funding will allow the startup to accelerate the development of new features based on artificial intelligence, expand its range of integrations and strengthen its presence in the American market.

“After studying several proposals, we chose to join forces with those of StageOne Ventures and Seventure Partners. This duo of investors seemed ideal to us to support our growth. Indeed, StageOne benefits from recognized expertise in launching of startups on the American market, a strategic priority for us since we already carry out more than 30% of our activity there. This financing will allow us to strengthen our technical and commercial teams in order to intensify our development across the Atlantic and to continue to offer. an ever-increasing user experience performance to our clients, in particular to French companies who trust us. For its part, Seventure Partners, backed by BPCE, opens up interesting prospects for our future fundraising.explain Anthony Tobelaim, Co-founder & CPO of South.

A strategic partnership therefore, since the manager confides that the startup is already considering a series A within 24 months.
