The minister also mentioned the simplification of investments for MREs by responding to the question of the “complexity of administrative investment procedures for members of the Moroccan diaspora”, raised by the RNI group. For Zidane, “the National Committee for the simplification of administrative procedures and procedures, chaired by the head of government, has simplified and digitized 22 administrative decisions, currently studied at the level of regional investment centers, making it possible to reduce by 45% on average documents required from investors.
The government is banking on the attachment of Moroccans abroad to their country of origin to encourage them to invest in development projects. He hopes to promote “sustainable” growth in all regions of Morocco and reduce territorial disparities.
