A new era begins for the Trois-Rivières airport with the inauguration of Cjet Aviation, a company specializing in private aviation.

With an $8 million investment, Cjet Aviation now offers a state-of-the-art fixed operating base (FBO), meeting the growing needs of business pilots and passengers in the region.
The project includes a 10,000 square foot hangar, VIP lounges, concierge service and heated indoor parking spaces, providing a turnkey service for aircraft owners.

“We want each customer, whether they arrive by jet or helicopter, to feel taken care of upon their arrival,” explained Laurent Beaulieu, general manager of Cjet Aviation. In addition to our ground services, we will soon offer chartering of our first aircraft, such as the Eurocopter EC120 and the Piaggio P.180.”
A project focused on the future
The inauguration of Cjet Aviation marks an important step in the growth of the Trois-Rivières airport. This project is part of a long-term vision to strengthen the city’s role in the private aviation sector.

The mayor of Trois-Rivières, Jean Lamarche, welcomed this initiative which reinforces the attractiveness of the city. With the arrival of the battery industry and the industrial development of the region, the airport is becoming a hotspot for business and professional travel.

The new infrastructure aligns perfectly with current economic dynamics, particularly with the arrival of the battery sector and the growing attraction for the industrial sectors of Mauricie.
