The protest restarts. Farmers/wine growers carried out an operation “balance your large distribution”this Monday, at the Lidl in Bagnols-sur-Cèze in Gard. According to our information, the reason for their anger is the too low price of bottles of wine, such as Côtes-Du-Rhône which costs only 1.39 euros.

Around thirty farmers were present this Monday morning in the parking lot of the supermarket. They entered calmly to stick “#BalanceTaGD” labels in the aisle where the wine bottles are stored.

The protest, led by the National Federation of Farmers' Unions 30 (Fdsea) and the Young Farmers of Gard union, targets the distribution of profits from the sale of a bottle of wine.
