Platforms for predicting the outcome of the election

Polymarket estimates Donald Trump's chances of victory at 60.7% compared to 38.3% for Kamala Harris. These political betting markets are particularly closely monitored because they play an important role in the 2024 American presidential campaign. Especially since, according to the New York Times supporters of these platforms claim that they are more effective than polling institutes in predicting the outcome of the election.

In the latest official polls, Kamala Harris has a slight lead over Donald Trump. The one who could become the first female president of the United States would collect around 49%, compared to 48% for the Republican candidate.
