Olidata takes stock of the investigation also involving the president

(Alliance News) – Olidata Spa announced on Wednesday that the Prosecutor’s Office of the Court of Rome is investigating crimes against the public administration for alleged corruption and disruption of the freedom of bidders in the context of various IT tenders/contracts and telecommunications issued by Sogei Spa, the Ministry of the Interior, the Department of Public Security, the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of Defense.

In this context, we read in the company’s press release, “the AG executed a decree of local and home searches and contextual seizures against certain officials and certain companies. He notably ordered the search of the company’s headquarters announces that among those under investigation is also the president.

The board of directors, which met today, took note of the contents of the search and seizure decree, which concerns certain computer and telephone devices, and immediately ordered the activation of all internal verification procedures concerning current and/or previously awarded contracts which are the subject of the investigation, as well as an audit on the operation of the controls in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/01.

Olidata closed Wednesday down 0.4 percent at 12.50 euros per share.
