After Burger King, Hippopotamus and Léon, Groupe Bertrand ready to swallow Le Paradis du Fruit

The French catering juggernaut has just signed a partnership with the DNA Paradis group, founded and owned by Claude Louzon. He wants to develop the Le Paradis du Fruit and Hanoï Ca Phé brands.

Never satisfied. Groupe Bertrand still has an appetite to grow its catering empire. Leader of the sector in , the group founded and managed by Olivier Bertrand is preparing to add two brands to its portfolio. After Burger King, Hippopotamus and Léon, its franchise subsidiary announced this Thursday an agreement with the DNA Paradis group to accelerate the development of the Le Paradis du Fruit and Hanoï Cà Phé brands throughout France.

The signing of these master franchise contracts is a first step before an acquisition of the two brands by Groupe Bertrand. “This transaction marks the start of the partnership between DNA and Bertrand Franchise and is part of a process of transmission of the Paradis du Fruit and Hanoi Ca Phé brands to Bertrand Franchise”argue the two actors in a joint press release.
