A Motor Show approaching and new features being revealed in advance

The Alpine A390, at least the concept car which prefigures it, will be unveiled at the Mondial.

Dacia Bigster: the large SUV is not entitled to 7 seats

The Franco-Romanian family is growing. On a Dacia Duster base, the Bigster is announced. And as its name suggests, it becomes the brand’s tallest model at 4.57m, or 23cm more than its little brother. Enough to accommodate folding seats in the immense 667 dm3 trunk. But the Bigster will not be entitled to a 7-seater version. Why such injustice? So as not to cut the grass under the tires of the Jogger, another Dacia model which has a third row. Instead, passengers are treated to royal space, better soundproofing and a more technological environment.

Everything happens, even a family SUV at Alpine

No it’s not an SUV. At least according to Alpine management. For the manufacturer, this is a “sport fastback”. That’s fine, even if it looks terribly like a cut SUV from the top of its large wheels and along its 4.60m length. But this A390 presented on October 15 at the Motor Show is only a concept car, even if the final version risks being very close, with a few less frills. This new Alpine will be in the company of the other novelty from : the A290.

Mondial de l’auto or Mondial de Renault?

the Twingo e-tech: the surprise guest of the World Cup.

R5, R4, Twingo e-tech and concept cars Emblem: with four world exclusives, the Renault stand at the Paris Motor Show should attract visitors. The diamond has obviously focused on the Parisian show to unveil its new products, but remaining faithful to its habit adopted for some time: showing cars well before their launch. And if the R5 is (finally) on the roads, the R4 and the electric Twingo are not there right away. As for the group’s two other brands, Alpine and Dacia, they also do not arrive empty-handed.

And this will be his last show as boss of Stellantiis, since it is now official: he will retire at the beginning of 2026. Until then, and while waiting to return to his Portuguese farm and vineyard, the boss has his work cut out for him. on the board, and a group to recover since Stellantis is struggling a little these days.
