Unfortunately, contamination by the bacteria Escherichia coli is suspected, prompting health authorities to take immediate measures to protect consumers.

What causes Escherichia coli?

The product recall is motivated by the possible presence of the toxigenic Escherichia coli shiga (STEC) bacteria, responsible gastrointestinal infections potentially serious. If you experience symptoms such as diarrhea, abdominal pain or vomiting, with or without fever, it is strongly recommended to consult your doctor, specifying the consumption of these Picard pizza doughs.
