the CPDH approves a series of socio-economic projects

The Provincial Human Development Committee (CPDH) of Ifrane, meeting on Friday, approved a series of socio-economic projects.

Chaired by the governor of the province, Abdelhamid El Mazid, this meeting saw the approval of projects worth more than 8.3 million DH, affecting the supply of drinking water in rural areas, the social and solidarity economy and the youth entrepreneurship as part of the third phase of the INDH.

Thus, as part of the program relating to making up for deficits in infrastructure and basic social services, certain projects relating to the strengthening of the drinking water supply of Douras Dalma and Ait Ben Sbaa relating to from the commune of Tizguite (800,000 DH).

Concerning the axis relating to support for the social and solidarity economy of the 3rd program of phase III of the INDH, the committee approved nine socio-economic projects, presented by cooperatives for an overall budget of 5.393 MDH . These projects concern several sectors including beekeeping, audiovisual and tapestry.

As for the axis relating to support for entrepreneurship of the same program, it saw the approval of 32 projects for a total cost of 2.15 MDH.

In a statement to MAP, Moubarak Mamouni, head of the Social Action Division (DAS) in the province of Ifrane stressed that as part of the efforts deployed for the implementation of the 3rd phase of the The INDH, for 2024, the CPDH approved projects to supply douars with drinking water in application of royal guidelines as well as around forty projects presented within the framework of the 3rd INDH program.

The members of the Ifrane CPDH also approved the preliminary assessment and examined the progress of the programs of the 3rd phase of the INDH, launched at the beginning of 2024.
