An international study from Harvard Business School (November 2023) encompassing Switzerland indicates that 20% of writing and coding jobs disappeared in just eight months after the arrival of ChatGPT. In Switzerland, almost three quarters of people surveyed by the University of Zurich (May 2024) say they are ready to entrust AI with tasks carried out by teachers, web designers and journalists.
Faced with these figures, many still take refuge behind the mantra: “It is human leadership that will make the difference!”
