Mercedes, which today aims for great luxury, tends to avoid car shows, these events a little too popular for its taste. The German manufacturer nevertheless made the trip to Brussels and brought with it almost its entire range. Including the most exclusive models, like the very recent Mercedes-Maybach SL 680 Monogram Series unveiled last summer.
Rolling lounge for two
Impressive in its more “commoner” variants, the roadster is even more so in this Maybach version. Its huge grille with vertical bars is no stranger to this feeling, but it is not the only element that is striking. The two-tone red and black livery with additional stars on the hood also contributes to this feeling. So are the 21” spoke rims and the crystal white Nappa extended leather interior.
-As a reminder, this Mercedes-Maybach SL is equipped with the engine V8 4.0 biturbo AMG de 585 ch so that, not content with being chic, it is also fast since it realizes the exercise from 0 to 100 km/h in just over 4 seconds. She will be marketed this year at a price necessarily in line with its luxurious pretensions: 259 500 € minimum.
