The airline Transavia has just announced the upcoming opening of ten new summer routes from Orly airport and the regions. The low-cost subsidiary of the Air France-KLM Group will thus serve new European cities for the first time from Paris: Amsterdam and Munich.
New destinations from the end of March with Transavia
From March 30, 2025, it will be possible to fly with Transavia from Orly to Amsterdam. Five flights per week are planned (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays), from 41 euros including tax one way.
On April 3, it will be possible to go to Munich in Germany. Three flights per week (Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays) are scheduled, from 41 euros including tax one way.
The other new line to a major European city is the one linking Bordeaux to Brussels with two flights per week (Mondays and Fridays), from 30 euros including tax one way, from April 18.
Last September, Transavia announced the opening of a line to fly to the Caucasus, to Tbilisi in Georgia. The first flight will take off from the tarmac of Orly airport on April 9, 2025, heading to Shota-Rustaveli international airport in the Georgian capital. Two flights per week are planned, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Price level, count on 79 euros one way.
On the other hand, Ryanair is making an about-face: the airline will ultimately not open a line at Orly airport even though it should have opened two lines in April 2025 towards Bergamo in Italy and Bratislava in Slovakia.
