Position 1: Two IT Support Officers (M/F)

SUNU Assurances in Gabon is recruiting two IT Support Officers (M/F)

He provides technical and functional support, management of IT incidents, and administration of applications and infrastructures in production while respecting the group’s standards and procedures.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Receive and process service requests and incidents.
  • Alert the hierarchy about serious incidents.
  • Provide and maintain office equipment (PC, printers, scanner, IP telephony).
  • Provide first level support.
  • Manage the subsidiary’s SL applications and infrastructures.
  • Participate in the implementation of infrastructures in relation to the Group.
  • Manage user permissions.
  • Collect and update software and hardware inventory data.
  • Ensure the operation and maintenance of server rooms and technical premises.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the IT disaster recovery plan.
  • Produce reporting for activity monitoring.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of IT services

Position 2: A Brokerage and Key Account Manager (M/F)

Establish new partnerships and ensure the sustainability of relationships with partners on Key Accounts.

MISSIONS

  • Support subsidiaries in implementing their business development strategy for Brokerage and Key Accounts.
  • Ensure the renewal of portfolio accounts.
  • Perform all actions inherent to portfolio account management.
  • Participate in periodic meetings with partners and ensure the resolution of any issues identified.
  • Ensure the execution of requests and queries relating to the international major accounts portfolio.
  • Participate in the development of various strategies on brokerage and major accounts within the Business Development Department and carry out the related actions.

The IT and Projects Manager manages IT infrastructures, leads technology projects and coordinates with departments to align IT initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives. He ensures the implementation of IT policies, contributes to incident resolution and reports on IT operations.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Supervise infrastructure maintenance and updates.
  • Ensure the health of the IT equipment.

Position 4: a Network Administrator (M/F)

Install, put into production, administer and operate the Group’s IT networks;

Participate in the proper functioning of information systems by ensuring that the various tools, network infrastructures and communications are maintained.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Ensure the administration and operation of network and security infrastructures (on premise and cloud).
  • Manage service requests related to network and telecom assets.
  • Manage and resolve incidents related to network and telecom assets.
  • Ensure network security and supervision and guarantee its availability in accordance with the service levels in place.
  • Anticipate IT needs, define and implement technical infrastructure platforms & bases (networks, security).
