The boss of a used car sales center in Fréjus () vanished with 1.8 million euros. According to Var-Matin, more than ten complaints were filed against him for fraud. The My-cars83 company has caused numerous victims, who are demanding justice.

All of them had used the services of this company to sell their car. However, the boss collected the money from the sales and took off. While they had turned to him for security, customers are now shortchanged.

The company goes out of business, the money disappears

A first customer signs a series of documents and the seller indicates that the money will be transferred within 10 days maximum. But in reality, the transfer was made for the benefit of the company My-cars83… The traces of transfers can now not be found and the boss has fled. The seller indicates that the manager, solely responsible for transfers of the sale prices, has disappeared. The latter acted in the same way with around ten clients. Everyone filed a complaint.

They claim that the company's service is now unreachable. My-cars83 went out of business on November 22 after using mandates to sell the vehicles and obtain registration documents. Many customers are now waiting for answers from the courts.
