on November 4, 2024, following an increase in the number of UBISOFT ENTERTAINMENT shares held by assimilation, indirectly through the companies it controls, the threshold of 5% of the capital of the company UBISOFT ENTERTAINMENT and hold indirectly, on this date, 6,668,032 UBISOFT ENTERTAINMENT shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 5.10% of the capital and 4.66% of the voting rights of this company1.
Under article L. 233-9 I, 4° bis of the commercial code and article 223-14 V of the general regulations, the declarant specified that it held, as of November 4, 2024, indirectly, through of the companies it controls, 6,668,032 UBISOFT ENTERTAINMENT shares (taken into account in the holding by assimilation referred to above) resulting from the holding of “return” contracts swap » settled in cash, renewable automatically and without expiry. - on November 11, 2024, following an increase in the number of UBISOFT ENTERTAINMENT shares held by assimilation, indirectly through the companies it controls, the threshold of 5% of the voting rights of the company UBISOFT ENTERTAINMENT and hold indirectly, on this date, 7,414,780 UBISOFT ENTERTAINMENT shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 5.67% of the capital and 5.18% of the voting rights of this company1.
